The Tierwelt Herberstein family is delighted to welcome another animal sponsor: Metallbau Gölles has once again signed on as a corporate sponsor. The company, based in Gersdorf an der Feistritz, has chosen to sponsor the new arrivals—the cheetah siblings. “As a corporate sponsor, we want to set an example in times like these and support the zoo. Perhaps this will also encourage others to become sponsors,” says company owner Irmgard Holzer.

Metallbau Gölles has been a long-standing partner of the Styrian State Zoo and has successfully completed numerous construction projects. Most recently, the experienced team led by workshop foreman Christoph Lederer worked on the construction of the new kangaroo house, which opened in September of last year, and contributed to the redesign of the cheetah enclosure. “Long-standing, highly effective partnerships are a matter close to our hearts, especially when every project goes wonderfully well, as is the case with Metallbau Gölles and its dedicated employees. I am all the more pleased that, with the renewal of this sponsorship, our business relationship with Tierwelt Herberstein is based on mutuality,” says Tierwelt Director Doris Wolkner-Steinberger.
