Inside, all sorts of preparations are underway for the cold season. The prairie dogs are worried about their figures: do they have enough winter fat? They’re setting up cozy winter quarters with leaves and branches, and the camels are proudly inspecting their warm winter coats, while the wolves are carefully conserving their energy so as not to waste it unnecessarily!

Herberstein Garden Castle
During the winter season, guided tours of the castle take place at 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. within the ticket office hours listed above.

Winter Rates – Admission Prices:
Adults and teens ages 15 and older € 7
Children and students ages 15 and younger € 5
