How to Get Your Online Ticket

In our online store, you'll find a variety of categories: annual passes and unique gift ideas. We also offer gift certificates for admission and products from our gift shop.

Step 1:

Go to our online store, click on "Online Tickets," and select your tickets.

Our selection of tickets:

• Adult Day Pass
• Child's One-Day Pass
• Senior Day Pass
• Youth Day Pass
• Dog Day Pass

Select your preferred date, click "Buy" or "Order," and fill out your information. To complete your purchase, please select your preferred payment method.

 

Step 2:

Once the order process is complete, you will receive the tickets in PDF format at the email address you provided.

You can now print out the tickets if you wish, or simply use the digital ticket on your smartphone. For family tickets, please print out each page. Each person is assigned their own ticket—and thus their own barcode—to allow them to pass through the turnstile. You will also receive another email with your payment receipt.

Step 3:

Come to Herberstein with your ticket. Park your car in one of our free parking spaces and walk to the main entrance, straight to the turnstile. Hold the ticket with the barcode up to the scanner and pass through the turnstile.

Please note: When ordering family tickets, you need a separate ticket for each person, as each person is assigned a barcode. It is not sufficient to print only the first page of the family ticket.

Please note: We ask for your understanding that tickets in the online store are available only at the standard rate. If you wish to redeem any discounts or reductions, you can only do so when purchasing tickets in person at the box office.

In addition to gift certificates for one-day admission, you’ll also find all sorts of unique ideas here, such as gift certificates for moonlight tours, VIP tours, mystery tours for dogs, and even sponsorships for your favorite animal. Each gift certificate can be personalized with a message and is available for immediate download after payment via online instant bank transfer or credit card.

Of course, you can still order gift certificates by phone and have them sent to you by mail or via bank transfer.

A select assortment from our gift shop can also be ordered online. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing from the time the order is placed. The package will be delivered by mail.
