Join herb expert Michael Flechl on an exciting journey through the local plant world, which is coming under increasing pressure due to climate change. Which edible plants will disappear, and which others will take their place? Will the neophytes prevail?

On a guided hike, Michael Flechl will teach you about the characteristics (including poisonous look-alikes), chemical constituents, conservation aspects, and interesting facts about various plants, as well as their uses in the kitchen.

Afterward, the harvested herbs are tasted together, if possible.
